Massac Memorial Hospital complies with the provisions of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Mexican with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Civil Rights Act of 1991, and any state anti-discrimination laws. No person will be denied or discriminated against in the provision of care of services on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, handicap, or disability.
