Our objective for this site is to provide you with a constant stream of information on the programs and services we offer while helping our community achieve and sustain good health with a steady diet of preventative wellness ideas and tools. Massac Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed designated Critical Access Hospital. The Critical Access Hospital Program was created by the 1997 Federal Balanced Budget Act as a safety net device, to assure Medicare beneficiares access to health services in rural area. We are proud of our past, dedicated to be the area's leading medical and health care providers and committed to continuing our programs, providing families with the care they need, close to home.
