Our team is committed to your care. Our team of pain specialist create an individualized, balanced care plan for each patient, designed to help them get back to doing the things they love. Our specialtytrained providers create tailored plans for each patient that incorporate a variety of modalities, including minimally invasive interventional procedures, physical therapy, and medication management when appropriate.
We offer a range of pain management services, including treatment of the following pain conditions:
• Back and neck pain, including sciatica and work-related injuries
• Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS)
• Shingles pain
• Arthritis pain
• Headaches
Common Interventional Procedures Include:
• Epidural steroid injections
• Medial branch blocks
• Selective nerve root blocks
• Radiofrequency ablations

Legal Relationship between Hospital and Physicians/Providers: Massac Memorial Hospital employs Dr. James Hawkins, Dr. Benito Bajuyo, Dr. Jonathan Walters, Dr. Adam Connell, Dr. Bharat Patel, Amanda Gaudy, APRN, FNP-BC, Ashley Hagerty, PA-C, Ashley Sledd APRN FNP-C,Jennifer Kennedy, APRN, Aly Hannan, APRN, Christy Kennedy, APRN, FNP-C, and Mallory Wittig, APRN. All other physicians/providers on staff at Massac Memorial Hospital, including but not limited to; emergency physicians/providers, pathologists, radiologists, anesthesia providers, other hospital-based physicians/providers, my attending physician/provider and consulting physicians/providers are independent contractors and are NOT employees or agents of Massac Memorial Hospital. All such physicians/providers are independent contractors who have been granted privileges at this facility for the care and treatment of their patients.
